What I’ve Been Up to …

9.26.22

In the early 90s, I worked with Matt Margolis “Uncle Matty, ” of PBS fame. I photographed dogs in his training facility with my point and shoot Sony camera. Shots looked ok and I was then asked to do “graduation” photos for his In-House student dogs and that’s where this history began. Book illustrations for Uncle Matty then followed , along with Dog Fancy ads for ASCA, then Calendar photography, and numerous Fancy Magazines, incl. Dog Fancy and Cat Fancy. Previously, I had a full time Studio and Dog Boutique in 2007. I am currently working with 4 publishers and now open to my neighbors in So Cal, for your dog to look like a star dog and act like a star! I’m happy to announce that I now have a studio inside Advanced Photo Lab in Canoga Park as well as a Sunday studio at my home in Woodland Hills. Its not been an easy journey but it has allowed me to meet people I otherwise would not know today. Am grateful for all of that.
